Brillian Willis is the Founding Partner of Ronald Talaway & Partners and leads the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice. He represents individual and corporate clients in a wide range of matters, including civil and criminal litigation, corporate and commercial disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, administrative law, and regulatory matters. Known for his strategic and analytical approach, Brillian delivers practical and commercially sound legal solutions tailored to clients’ objectives and interests. His practice is distinguished by strong advocacy, meticulous legal analysis, and a comprehensive understanding of both legal and business considerations, enabling him to effectively manage complex and high-profile disputes. He obtained his legal education from the Faculty of Law, University of Surabaya, where he also pursued a Master’s degree in Notarial Law. Committed to academic and professional excellence, he is currently undertaking doctoral studies at Airlangga University with a focus on Indonesian legal theory and practice. Prior to establishing Ronald Talaway & Partners, he was associated with Pieter Talaway & Associates, where he gained substantial experience in litigation, legal representation, and dispute resolution. As a licensed Advocate and member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), Brillian upholds the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in every client engagement.
